eastside Santa Rosa.  Designer Jay Clements has 30 years experience in Interior
Design, Kitchen and Bath Design and as a business owner in the remodeling /construction industries.  He holds a B.S. in Art / Interior Design from San Jose State University.
He brings a distinct design sense that will assist you with any custom framing
method needed. His background with design elements such as color, rhythm,
balance, proportion, etc. will ensure a quality, proper setting for your art.
